Terms of Service

By booking a treatment with The Holistic Nomad, you agree to the following terms:

Health & Responsibility

· All information you provide is accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health or medication prior to each session.

· Holistic massage treatments are intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

· Consent to treatment is your right and can be withdrawn at any time, before or during the session.

· I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.

Treatment Environment

· Treatments are provided exclusively in private residences. I am unable to offer services in commercial or public venues (e.g. shared studios, hotels, offices).

· The space provided must be:

o Private, to ensure comfort and confidentiality.

o Clean and safe, with enough space for a massage table and for me to move around freely.

o Equipped with access to hand washing facilities to maintain hygiene standards.

· I am comfortable with animals, but all pets must be secured in another room during the treatment.

· Please inform me in advance if any other individuals will be present in the residence at the time of the appointment.

· Photography or video recording during the massage is strictly prohibited to ensure professional boundaries and privacy.

Conduct

· Massage therapy is a professional service. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or suggestive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund issued.

· I maintain a therapeutic, ethical practice and expect mutual respect at all times.

 

At The Holistic Nomad, client dignity, comfort, and privacy are prioritised at all times. Professional draping is maintained throughout each treatment using clean towels and sheets.

The client will remain appropriately covered during the massage, with only the area being worked on exposed. This ensures modesty is respected and upheld throughout the session, in line with professional and ethical standards.

 

Payment

· Payment is taken in advance via my secure website. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

· I do not accept tips or gifts. If you are pleased with your treatment, a kind Google review is greatly appreciated.

Parking & Access

· If parking is available, please let me know in advance.

· Please also advise of any access requirements such as entry codes, stairs, or gate instructions.

· Upon arrival, I will kindly ask where the nearest exits are, as part of standard health and safety protocol.

Cancellation & Lateness
