POLICY

To ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the following payment terms apply:

· Full payment is required at the time of booking, via the secure payment system available on my website.

· Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

· No cash or in-person payments are accepted.

· Refunds are only issued in line with the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

· No refunds will be given for:

o Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (unless otherwise agreed due to illness or emergency),

o Missed appointments without notice,

o Early termination due to inappropriate or disrespectful conduct.

· Any promotional offers, discounts, or gift vouchers must be used within their validity period and presented at the time of booking.

· Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

· A receipt is automatically issued upon successful payment. If you require a detailed invoice, please let me know.
